Return Policy

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • To request a return or exchange, please provide your order number along with clear photos showing the defect and contact our customer support.

  • The return address will be provided individually by our support team. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned item.

  • Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns due to customer preferences or issues related to international customs clearance. Please ensure that your address and local regulations are correct before placing an order.

  • Customs duties and import taxes related to international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
